Install Blackjack Lens

Download the app

After buying, download the BlackjackLens zip file (about 78 MB). The link is on your order page and in your purchase email.

Download for Windows

Unzip it

1. Open your Downloads folder.
2. Right-click the zip file and choose Extract All…, then Extract.
3. Move the new BlackjackLens folder somewhere permanent, for example Documents.
4. Open the folder and double-click BlackjackLiveLab.exe (the green ♠ icon).

Allow it past the Windows warning

The first time, Windows shows a blue box like this. That's normal for new apps from small developers; it doesn't mean anything is wrong.

1. Click More info (the small underlined text).
2. A Run anyway button appears at the bottom. Click it.

You only need to do this once.

Accept the privacy notice

On first start the app explains what it reads (the table's cards, rules and your balance) and that everything stays on your PC. Click Yes to continue. The Blackjack Lens window opens.

Add the browser connector

The connector is a small, read-only browser extension that passes the table's cards to the app. You install it once.

Get the connector from the Chrome Web Store

1. On that page, click Add to Chrome (or Get in Edge), then Add extension.
2. Pin it so you can see its status: click the puzzle-piece icon 🧩 at the top right of the browser, then the pin 📌 next to Blackjack Lens Connector.

Open a live blackjack table

1. Keep the Blackjack Lens app open.
2. In your browser, log in to your casino and open a live blackjack table from Evolution, Pragmatic Play or Playtech.
3. The app connects by itself. When the top of the table panel shows ● LIVE TABLE, you're set.

Your seat

Sit down at the table as usual. The app finds your seat automatically and the Decision panel shows ● SEAT 3 (or whichever is yours).

If it doesn't find it, click the gold CHOOSE YOUR SEAT ▾ button at the top of the Decision panel and pick your seat.

New shoe (for the card count)

• Pragmatic Play: nothing to do. New shoes are detected automatically.
• Evolution and Playtech: when the dealer brings out a new shoe, click NEW SHOE in the card-counting panel before the first card is dealt. Counting then starts from a verified shuffle.

That's it. Each hand you'll see the best play, what every option is worth, your odds, and the live count.

Something not working?

• The app says "Waiting for browser extension": check the connector is installed and switched on in chrome://extensions, then reload the table page.
• The connector says "not linked": remove any older copy of Blackjack Lens Connector from chrome://extensions and keep only the one from the Web Store.
• "This casino isn't supported yet": if you said yes when installing the connector, just keep playing: an anonymous sample is sent automatically. Otherwise click Help add this casino in the connector. An anonymous sample is sent so we can add support in an update.
• No cards appear: reload the table page between rounds, with the app already open.
• Windows won't let the app start at all: open Windows Security → App & browser control, and make sure SmartScreen is set to Warn, not Block. Then repeat step 3.
